SDFormatter give me FAT16 format by default and can not see the option to change it  . With FAT16 I can not flash RHODIMG.nbh using SDCard and seen Tinboot can not detect it. Did you try another card? Not all cards are supported. I think officially we dont support anything class2. I had something similar happen to me. Eventually it got worse. Search early in this thread when i thought i killed my phone. I had to connect to the boot loader via serial to repair the damage. I hope your issue isnt the same.
Also try to go back to winmo and back. See if that helps.
