I did experience similar problems with Sense on a build. I'm not sure which one it was though. I've been on 28244 for a few days now and I might stick with that one. Still got quite a bit more to work on.

I've not had any problems at all with KD-Font. I'm using an R4+ of sorts with CHT v2.0 loaded and all seems well with your app.
