How to make your own? Check this post

How to Install:
***MAKE A NAND BACKUP***
1) Place .zip file on the root of your SD card.
2) Turn off the phone.
3) Boot into Fastboot by pressing the VOLUME DOWN+POWER button at the same time.
4) Wait for it to find the file. Select "yes" (Press VOLUME UP) to continue 5) Let it flash your new splash screen. When it's done, simply choose the option to reboot and you'll see your new splash!
