It'd be one thing if you had to press it in order to listen to your message, but you don't. Threatening to cancel all of your accounts over it is more than a bit much.
Where are you gonna go? Get over it.

Because you rarely get voice mail gives you the right to diss someone else? What if you got a text message from Sprint to buy another service every 5 minutes? That would be less than having it there permanently. You can delete a text message.
This was not a free app that I downloaded. This is part of the core phone. Voice mail is in my contract. I pay for it. Nor was it on the phone at time of purchase. But you think it is minor and not worth pushing back. By not saying anything, you are saying it is okay. Permission by ommission.
