Sorry I've not been around much and to be honest, haven't even been working on things much. You know how the holidays can get. I should have more time in the upcoming week to sit down and get back to work. I'm reading all the posts and am noting things down so that as much as can be will be addressed. I'll look into the volume thing as well as the all day appointments issues.
