Titan Rebooting And Rebooting
HELP HELP, CAN SOMEONE HELP!

I have followed all instructions on upgrading the ROM and RADIO, but my phone continues to REBOOT AND REBOOT. Can someon help, PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE HELP WITH INSTRUCTIONS on how to stop the REBOOTING!
