Maybe you could put this mod in 4.2 deodexed to fix the issue with the framework files of 3.70
... its JsChiSurf's based originally off a Cyan port ... lots of the theme guys have been using it including Rip and MYN for a while now ... and now he has it updated with 4G and based off 3.70 framework files
Only thing would be is that guys would have to understand that they couldn't throw another theme over it unless that particular theme used it as a base (which I think a lot of them will since this mod now has 4G and has already become very popular anyway)
