Just to be sure, is this what you did to restore?:
1.) Boot into ClockWorkMod
2.) Scroll Down To: backup & restore (enter)
3.) Scroll Down To: Restore
4.) Scroll Down To: select the backup you wish to restore from
5.) Scroll Down To: Restore data
6.) Scroll Down To: Yes - Install Backup Zip File (enter)
7.) Done! Scroll Down To: ***Go Back*** (enter)
8.) reboot system now (enter)
I hope this helps. Also, when flashing to a new rom, you should Wipe Delvic as well.

Thanks. I did follow steps 1-8. I did so after installing midNIGHT from sdcard.
Do I restore before or after the first reboot after the new ROM installation?
I have seen Davlik mentioned elseware. I do not have that on my ClockworkMod menu. ClockworkMod is 2.5.1.
