In or outdoors? Indoor if sitting next to my pc I can't a lock. Move the phone 3 feet away from the pc and I get 7 SAT. lock. If you flashed from and thing other than DI18 you may have a problem getting a lock. I had to flash back to DI18 stock, boot into the rom, get a lock with GPS. Then flash to DK28. GPS didn't work for me on releases other than the 1st stock version and DI18 update. Not much talk about here about having GPS issues after flashing the. But just check the Epic forum over at XDA.
