i called the office of the ceo number today and she transfered me to executive customer care who knows nothing about the rom update. I also informed him as to way my mogul a $600 phone does not do pic mail and that a simple $99 phone can he claims it has to do with the fact that regular email is part of the phone. i said i send my pic to number@pm.sprint.com to my fellow sprint users and it also works since i sent one to me. I also asked about sprint tv and said a htc touch can do it so why cant the mogul. he said it had to do with when the phones came out and sprint is aware of the issues but has no plans to offer the service at this time. i informed him that i can go directly to mobi tv and purchase a subscription from them and install it and watch tv but why should i when sprint tv is apart of the sprint everything unlimited plan. I seem to think that sprint wants only business users to have the mogul and no one else. so buy the touch if you want tv from sprint. |
