ok, here's the update to my previous post, went to bed with the phone described earlier....woke up at 6am, tried news and it worked, then tried net and it worked did a speed test and clocked 133 up and 462 down at 6:30 am, 410 up and 186 down at noon, mean time sprint shipped me a replacement unit.....in white
my unit (in perfect shape) is black
now, why would/could a unit be so bad for three weeks, all of a sudden appear to be fine??? i dont think hardware repaired its self...net work???
and now, keep new unit just in case or send it back...
