http://www.wackynoodle.com/PC36IMG_Recovery.zip got it from xda after 6 hours researching all internet. it seems many of our new EVO'S require this custom RA recovery to flash roms or nandroids; just rename it to PC36IMG.zip, place it in sdcard, power off, start fastboot, wait a few seconds it will prompt you for installation, press up vol. for yes, when its done choose reboot. after that its flashing as usual yipay!.
