I tried that....no luck!. Actually, when I right-clicked, "run as admin" wasn't an option, which surprised me! So I went into the Properties and changed it there. Still no luck......

Before I reinstalled it, I went into the properties and changed the "Windows block" parameter...didn't notice any difference in the install. I do know that some of the "helpful" MS updates really messed up a bunch of my programs...ironically, the offending update was an MS "compatibility" update that was anything but. Most programs that were affected ran after I uninstalled and reinstalled them, except for Weather Radar Toolkit.

Edit:

I installed v.1.7 and 1.8.5 and am having the same problem....I have no doubt it is an MS created problem....the tmp info file with 1.8.5 is below. Meanwhile, any suggestions?
