Try dialing ##3282# and enter your MSL which will wipe and reprovision data without hard resetting and messing up your setup.

I did that, it brought me to a view edit menu so i xd out. I donloaded the print pr and profile update cab, but i only see prl update in the settings menu , cant find profile update
