Well as far as the video you recorded,be sure you set it to 720p in the video camera settings.The YouTube app is absolutely horrible.There are still alot of bugs in this os as well.Things that were working great in the old os are now broken. I hope YouTube releases an updated version like the old one onthe hd2 and former phones.Netflix is absolutely amazing though, as long you have a good 3g or WiFi connection. I can't use WiFi because this phone doesn't allow static ip address assignment like the hd2 did.Lets just hope the updates coming fix the flaws in this os.
