So I actually had the same problem this morning...exact same bs lines after unrevoked finished.
I suggest using rom manager to install roms. I went into most of this kinda blind, did enough research to feel uncomfortable. This helped me with rom manager:

I still am curious though, can you flash roms if you're not fulling rooted? I was able to flash a rom but still don't really know if I am rooted...
