IM using whatever kernel comes with SPRINT LOVERS... is there a better one for battery life? and, since I never flashed a kernel, doing so will not erase anything on the phone??

Also would you recommend NOT using JUICE DEFENDER? I ask because this morning when everything tried to sync and couldnt because data was off.. something happened and the phone rebooted... I read a lot about reboots with this program...
