Re: WHY does anyone want WP7?

I have been a long time fan of WinMo phones and still love my tweaked TP2. I am on Sprint and still use my TP2 every day, but its pretty much run its course. I had an EVO for 3 days and returned it, because the battery life sucked and I liked WinMo 6.5.x way better. I couldn't wait for Sprint to get a WP7, so I got a HD7 from T-Mobile. It's not everything I dreamed of, but I wanted to play around with it and go through the evolutionary stages of WP7 and tr writing some apps for it. For the most part I like it and I don't really care that it doesn't have a low res front facing camera. The thing is super fast and very fluid. Someone else said they think of it like a beta test (in a positive way) and I agree. I am testing it for my real world needs, but I'm not giving up my TP2 any time soon! Yes, I'm an early adopter and yes it does lack the ease of transferring files, apps, etc., but it will get better and better. The OTA relocking b.s. sucks, but that will get worked out as well. Don't be scared, give it a shot!
