The reason it stops working is that verizon blacklists the phone number. The hack just tricks the app to think it is running on a verizon phone number that has vcast. The hacker gets the number buy going to a verizon store and copying a number from a demo phone and then uses his unlocker program to insert that number into the app so it thinks it is running on a verizon phone. Verizon eventually turns that number off and then we all go down. Originally, when nfl mobile was on 2.0 the original hack included an unlocker program so you could insert a friends verizon number in and then you never had to worry about a blacklist, when verizon upgraded nfl mobile to 2.5 the unlocker was not updated so now we are a the mercy of someone else to insert a number into the app and post it for us.
