is what my TP2 is set at.. i can send and receive pix. Before that i tried mm.myboostmobile.com and it didnt work i could only send not receive.

I use that one as well, I think his issue is he is getting a message saying he has a new pix msg and the pix msg doesn't download. c290 phones are like that. Not sure if the w385 is like that also...but you would need an Incognito to even get 3G (or a Sprint phone on Boost)
