After researching a little bit...try moving the devicelock.lnk to
\windows\start menu\programs

Then verify the registry setting at:
HKLM\Software\MicroSoft\Shell\Keys\40c2
Default = "\windows\start menu\programs\devicelock.lnk" (string)

I'm thinking moving it to the above folder, that button app should find it. Those are my settings on my touch anyways...Hope this helps!
