Still unsuccesfull with prl update. Keep getting error 1012. I think it has to do something with the original activation process. I had the same issue when trying data for the first time on this replacement phone. I will just have to take it in to repair center. Probably won't though. Idiots at my repair center don't know anything and when they think they do they screw up my phone. I guess prl update isn't that big. If anyone has a better solution let me know. I would appreciate it.
