try to do step 2 and tells me theres a verification error and to check my email... so i do and that was the message i got. i replied to it twice. and even opened a ticket in the online 24hr customer support and no reply from any. this is my second phone im trying to unlock and have done everything to my knowledge exactly the same as before becasue last time it went perfectly smooth. the first phone died on me today (another post in another thread) and am trying to get this other tp2 unlocked. i need my phone. my sis is getting annoyed with my swapping my sim into her phone when shes not looking.... please someone help with this stupid error message im getting. this doesnt make any sense!!!
