I have yet to scroll once down and once up. Its so frustrating. So I avoid using it all together.
The same with the email widget I dont even know if it scrolls because it never does.

I have not encountered any issues with those widgets being non-responsive when swiping, or had any other reports of it.
Are you sure you have a clean install of 2.0 Final?
Did you install it over 2.0 Beta or 1.8.5?
I can't see any other reason that you would have those types of issues.
Especially since I have not heard this mentioned once yet, after thousands of downloads, between here and XDA.
