The Arcsoft 500k limit can be changed in pic/video settings. I made three options available to choose from. I made 500k default, because that is somewhat universal across different carriers. As for OzIM, I'll release a cab if I get time, but I don't plan on cooking it in, since I want to try and not add too much stuff in. Oh, and the 11/23 beta may still have the bug in it, so you've been warned, lol. I fixed it in the test version I'm using.
EDIT: Added fixed OZ IM cab that now saves settings.
