Hi,
I have lost sound on all calls (incoming and outgoing). The person on the other end can hear me but I can only hear them if they are on speaker or a BT headset. This issue started about a month ago and a soft-reset would fix the problem (however, soft-resets no longer fix the issue). I have been searching for a few hours and can't find any solutions to my problem.
Here is what I have tried for fixes so far:
- Upgraded my radio to the latest Sprint Version 2.32.00WF (this fixed the issue for a few days then it started up again)
- Installed different ROMs (currently running MightyROM WAR (02/03/10)
- Ran Task29 a few times
- Checked for bent pins in the headphone jack (which I never use) and the USB port
- Made sure BT is off
- Made sure the headphone icon is not present when on a phone call
I would appreciate any suggestions to find a solution to my problem. The phone works great otherwise (data, SMS, and GPS all work).

*************UPDATE*************
I think I fixed the issue. I just upgraded my PRL to 60671 and the earpiece is working again. I am not sure why upgrading the PRL would fix this issue as my understanding of the PRL is that it contains tower information. But I am glad to have my phone back and working.
