Yep, you can download a ROM that unlocks the native hotpost app...which allows up to 8 devices. I will say that I have used Wireless Tether with 3 devices and it has worked just fine.
BTW, Myn's Warm 2.2 RLS4 is a great ROM that does unlock the native app....
