let me clarify one thing here; we are still supporting it - but we decided (after a discussion on XDA) that it's not always possible to respond to the tickets in a timely manner without someone else's help so we are getting help now, so that it can be possible.
as for email...I'll say I prefer everyone use the ticket system instead, right now I tried to respond to some guy whose email is starting with "bep@", but the email bounced back... so whoever this "bep@" is, I'm telling him here that his IMEI has been enabled for flashing.
edit: nvm, it sent the email now...

I sent a ticket several months ago. If I were to send a ticket now with my replacement phone's IMEI, you would be able to enable it for flashing?
