So, I disabled WM6.5 Start menu altogether (that alone cleaned up some 15 MB of RAM), replaced it with QuickMenu, reverted back to Sense but installed CHT2.0 on top of it, and it's been running like a champ ever since.

Amamba, I'd like to try this. I searched quite a bit and I can't find guidance on disabling WM6.5- Maybe I'm not using the correct search parameters, I dunno. Can you point me in the right direction? TIA_
