you should also install the app "superuser"....since you are rooted now you want to have control of any apps that need root access and superuser does just that....everyone that has root access basically uses superuser. Just an FYI
........also to my understanding everything is basically the same as the Verizon Fascinate so if you go to XDA-developers.com then you can get all the info you need there in the forum for the Fascinate/Mesmerize
