Anyone know where the setting would be that controls bluetooth when the phone is locked? E.g. I have my phone locked, I can dial via bluetooth voice activation however, I can't hangup the call via bluetooth when locked. It works fine when unlocked.

I searched throughout via regedit and all the GUI config screens. I thought it would be in HKLM>software>htc>phone>, but no luck. I could hangup calls via bluetooth when the phone was locked in other ROM's. I recall there was a GUI setting on the standard Verizon ROM. Thanks.
