Sorry, it's confusing.
This taskbar (Brain's in gfreek edition, block icons) is totally unlike the shellres192.dll (looks like m6 colored taskbar, round icons) you posted before. And Brain's taskbar comes with the phcanoverbmp.dll that includes all 101 battery-icons...
It looks like you put different things together, so it's hard to repair. Btw., what means "Desire Clone" in your signature? Are you running Android?
I think it would be the best, you search for a taskbar that's appropriate to your system.
