technically .3gp can be played on any computer... doesnt Real Player support them? lol

if you mean natively, like in WMP, then as mentioned above just go into the camera settings and you can switch between .3gp, h.264, and .mp4.... pretty sure depending on what resolution or MP you pick, it limits your format options though...

If your looking for a converting program from your desktop, i use Wondershare converter Platinum quite often... ive also heard alot about Handbrake though ive yet to use it...

to do it from your phone (app) idk... youd have to google
