I'm attaching a flashable .zip with the browser.rar file you uploaded with the extension changed back to browser.apk. Boot into recovery and flash the .zip. Let me know if that works out a bit better for you.

Cool thanks! ... just finished restoring my back up so I'll just flash it and see if it works
... if not then I guess I'll just restore again lol
