I have HUNDREDS of dollars in medical software for windows mobile that I would need to repurchase in an Android form. Is that covered if they can't replace my TP2? That's in addition to cases and accessories.

Just to clear this up, your SOL on your software, they only deal with hardware. They will not pay for that.
