Change the User Agent on an Android Phone

Want to see the iPhone or full desktop version of a web page that keeps trying to shoehorn you into an Android theme? You can change how your browser identifies itself with a quick settings tweak. This tip has been making the rounds lately—mostly because, at one brief moment, it allowed for watching Hulu videos on a Flash-enabled Android 2.2 phone. Hulu has since blocked streaming access to its goods on Android phones specifically, though we'll post a work-around if it appears. In the meantime, the tip on changing your Browser user agent string is a good one to know.
Open your browser, enter about:debug into the address bar, then hit the "Go" button on your keyboard—don't tap the search/URL suggestion that comes up. You'll notice that the browser now does, well, nothing. But hit your Menu key, choose the "More" option, then select Settings. Scroll down some, and you'll see a new collection of advanced options there, including a "UAString" option. Click that, then choose between Android, desktop, or iPhone user strings to change what browser web sites think you're visiting with.
How is a user agent string handy on your own Android unit? Tell us your site-specific tips in the comments.
