If you don't see any obvious large files/folders then i would backup all the files you need to keep and then format the sd card with your phone. After formatting the card immediately check the storage card's capacity to make sure it is reported accurately and that there are no problems with the memory card itself. Then put the files/folders back once you have verified the file sizes are accurate and none are corrupted, etc. Personally I would keep only one nandroid on my sd ard at a time. You are doing this already from what you already said and that's good. Good luck
Ok, so I'm copying the contents of everything on the root of the my SD card to my laptop and the total of everything amounts to approx. 3.37GB, but when mounted on my laptop, the SD card shows only now 600+MB free after the latest nandroid prior to copying all contents to the laptop. I've even moved the nandroid to my laptop and deleted it from the SD card and it still only shows 600MB+ remaining. Is there anything else I may be missing (i.e. hidden files/folders) before I format the SD card?? The card doesn't seem to be updating after deleting items from the card even though the files are actually gone....
