Penguins star Sidney Crosby left practice early today at Southpointe with an apparent injury. Crosby left the ice at 11:45 a.m., while drills were still underway. It was reported that Crosby checked into a local health facility with sporadic bleeding episodes from his undergarment. Team and health officials have refused requests for comments.
