This may be a more general question but I am posting it here since I am using the Energy ROM. Hope that is OK.

I may be away from a computer with ActiveSync for a while and may need to flash the stock ROM when I am traveling abroad in case I am not able to dial out or receive calls and text messages properly on GSM networks --- first time I will be taking the Imagio with me!

Can someone please let me know exactly how to flash a ROM from the bootloader mode? I have a FAT32 formatted 16GB microSD card with Energy 23148 CHT2 Nov19 ROM file WHITIMG.nbh in the root folder of the card. I am able to switch off the phone and get into the bootloader mode by pressing the volume down key and then pressing the red power/end button. However, once the colored striped screen comes on, the phone stays on that screen and does not update the ROM. Is there some other button I should be pressing or does it stay on that screen for several minutes? I was able to connect the phone to my computer and update the ROM from the bootloader screen but I would not be able to do that when I am traveling. Thanks!
