Not legally. Further, none of the sprint stuff (besides navigation IIRC) will work 'properly'... When data provisions for boost, the sprint stuff (NFL, NASCAR, etc) will attempt to connect to Sprint for the data, it will check the HDR long (username) and HDR password. They identify the device on Boost's network and as such will be rejected by Sprint.
NO WAY he has a 'contract' with Sprint..
