And if your moving somewhere else..and plan to use the phone they must support CDMA and allow the device for you to use the phone on their network. Most of the world uses GSM.
Thanks for the heads up and clarification guys!

I actually have no intention of keeping the phone if/when I go abroad. Thank goodness for phone insurance. I was able to go from 1 Mogul, 2 TP1's, to 2 TP2's through warranty and a little upgrade persuasion. All in 1 year . Either call it bad luck in phones or HTC's are horrible . I consider it "good luck" =P. Now to work my magic and get an Epic.
