Havek if you're going from stock rooted 3.29 to stock rooted 3.30 then do as thecounty said. Put on root of sd card named as it was when you downloaded it. Boot into recovery and do a nand back (little insurance, you can always delete the backup later to save space) and then select install zip from sd card. No wipe needed, it will update you and leave all your apps and settings alone. Wont erase any sms or anything else.
