Yes. a QL would be replaced by another and attempts to correct usually did not go well (would keep replicating) unless I deleted both of them rebooted and then re-added them.
now I don't have "that" many QL's so that might be part of why it was not "as" aggravating for me
even if chts is causing it in your case I still don't think its chts I think its CHT and something in CHTS instigates it (and something "I" have installed must be doing something similar)
ie it might be the trigger but not the cause.
