I believe Titan Relocker should solve your problem if you follow it step by step correctly. I flashed mine back to rom 2.17 radio 1.47 without any problem. Try this press "power", "camera" and "reset" buttons at the same time, Boot screen should pop up and if you see any version beside SPL-2.40 Olipro, then you can flash 2.17 rom but if you still see SPL-2.40, then you have to do Titan Relocker again.
