While I appreciate the quick response, and the link; that is not that issue that I am having. My phone actually locks up while I'm on a call, and then I am unable to end the call. The phone has no functionality at this point (i've tried the power button at the top, and waiting a few minutes for it to unfreeze).

I have "fixed" the caller id issue by just installing S2U2 and utilizing it's caller id function.
