Can anyone tell me how do you get them?

Missed text, missed email, voice mail, calls.

All I can seem to figure out is to put the actual program on the dock but I want to be able to have the bubble with the number of missed texts. Like we can in Windows Mobile.

I found a widget for missed text but I couldn't apply it to the dock in launcher pro.

Does anyone know how to do it?
