I was being fecicious. I'm quite familiar with Sprint and with Asurion.
I just this week got my wife's TP ( fail screen ) and my TP2 (keyboard letter not working) replaced at the Sprint store.
Not to mention the 7 TP's I went through before giving my wife my TP and upgrading my phone to a TP2.
But thanks for the clarification. I hope others can glean some of the knowledge you and I obviously share.
