My GF and I are complete polar opposites when it comes to gadgetry. I own a large technology company, she is a schoolteacher who barely uses her computer. She is completely satisfied with the phone I gave her four years ago that has no camera and no ability to even view MMS.
It used to be a little annoying, but in a lot of ways it's very good for me, as left to my own devices, I would be in front of a computer or my mogul all day!
