if you can get to boot loader(even if error) then you should be able to hard reset. have PC at point of checking ROM version as well have phone reset at the point of press up to reset after the wipe then, press ok on the PC when it starts checking imidiately pres up on the phone. PC will recognize the start of the ROM and begin the flash, will probably have to use the recovery a couple of times. have used this on phones that were stuck in ROM error that were disconnected and brought over to my PC it will work if you can get to hard reset.
