So the 600kbps may be ok for you, but your/were really at the almost lowest end possible when it comes to tethering
Wait, wait, when did they implement a 5GB cap on 3G? As far as I know, 3g is -STILL- not capped yet, and there has been no indication as to whether or not they'll implement it yet, unless you're referring to a soft cap (might get shut down or charged) vs a hard cap (Expect a big bill or get shut off)
